Event speakers
John has been a Programme Manager at Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet for over 10 years. He is a founder and senior consultant at Box-D Consulting Ltd. John holds a joint BA in Languages and International Marketing and an MBA from the Open University. He has over 30 years consulting experience across multiple sectors, for example, technology, banking & insurance, pharmaceutical, healthcare and machine engineering. He has worked internationally in the US, Germany, France, Netherlands, UK and South Africa. John specialises in cybersecurity, sustainability, customer operations and sales & marketing functions and focuses on helping SME’s and Multinationals with people, process and technology elements of digital transformation. Currently working on a number of EU funded strategic blueprint digital skills projects.
Malcolm Jeffers is a Transformation Strategist focused on human capability building and heads up research for the International Academy of Automation Engineering, or IAAE, for short. He has facilitated the IAAE Life Sciences Advisory Board over the past six years that has representation from over a dozen pharma, biopharma, and medical device companies, and is committed to supporting leaders who are seeking to lead proactive and impactful transformations for both their people and organisations.
As a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist, Carmel partners with organisations to transform their talent strategies into competitive advantages. She brings deep expertise in workforce planning, helping businesses align their human capital with rapidly evolving market demands. By analysing organisational DNA and future skills requirements, Carmel enables companies to build resilient teams that drive strategic objectives forward.
As Co-Founder of OXygean, Linda Davis is driven by the vision of transforming how we connect and create value in the digital age.
