12th January 2026
Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet has appointed Susan Kelly as Network Director, leading the day-to-day running of the network as we enter our 20th anniversary year in 2026.
This leadership update reflects the continued growth in demand from industry for practical, applied upskilling that supports teams to deliver in fast-changing technology environments.
Susan will work closely with our partners, higher education providers, and industry stakeholders to ensure our programmes remain aligned to enterprise needs and focused on real-world impact.
Her appointment also strengthens our ability to deliver across our full portfolio of industry-led training and development initiatives.
Dave Feenan Appointed Industry Director to Strengthen Client Advisory Support
As part of this transition, Dave Feenan moves from Network Director to the role of Industry Director.
In this position, Dave will focus on strategic engagement and advisory-style support for our key clients, building deeper collaboration with organisations navigating shifting business models, emerging technologies, and changing skills requirements.
This updated structure supports greater agility across the network. It ensures we can continue to respond quickly to enterprise demand, while also strengthening long-term partnership and strategic industry alignment.
It is a clear evolution in roles, designed to support stronger delivery and greater impact.
A Shared Focus on Industry-Led Upskilling and Partnership
While responsibilities are evolving, our purpose remains consistent. Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet exists to support Irish enterprise by building capability through practical, industry-informed learning pathways.
That work is powered by partnerships, strong programme delivery, and the commitment of a team focused on outcomes for employers and learners.
Susan Kelly, Network Director, said: “As I step into the Network Director role, while the title may change, our focus remains the same – supporting practical, industry-led upskilling through strong partnerships and the dedication of an exceptional team. I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with Dave Feenan as he takes on the role of Industry Director, building on the strong work already underway within Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet.”
