This MSc in Global Business Services is a 2 year part-time programme delivered by TU Dublin (Blanchardstown Campus). It is grounded in expert knowledge and will provide in-depth training on the key activities and skills required to run single or multi-functional teams within a Global Business Services environment.

The success of Global Business Services or Shared Service organisations depends in large part on the knowledge, skills and capabilities of their staff. With the emergence of multifunctional Global Business Services organisations in a knowledge-centric ecosystem, learning and development is imperative to create and motivate high-performing professionals and teams. This programme is a national intervention to establish an accredited professional development pathway to support this important industry.

Graduates of this programme will be eligible for a Master of Science (MSc) award. This course is a Level 9 MSc course on the National Framework Qualifications (NFQ) with 90 ECTS.
